The owner and main benefactor of the Last Drop tavern, Rain is a highly respected member of the Underground that has nearly everybody's respect. Rain is a Storm Genasi, with cool grey-blue skin and silver hair. Rain has grey eyes, and sharp, angular features. Rain is the reason that the Peacekeepers do not enter the Underground, and is the de facto leader of the Underground. He is only rivaled by the Daretti Family, and the two are bitter rivals. Rain considers himself the equalizing balance that ensures the safety of the people within the Underground.
