The Blackseed Hills

Bordering the dark forest that are The Mourning Woods, the Blackseed Hills serve as the main burial and replanting grounds for the whole of Farströnd. Here, most of the deceased are buried under new saplings, so as to facilitate the regrowth of the forest where it was cut down before. This allows most of the citizens in Farströnd to be reborn into the wood that is used on the ships that keep the coastal cities alive.
