Mana

Mana emanates from the fundamental energy source known as Erg. It prominently manifests itself in a locale known as the Well of the Aether, but is commonly found in the natural environment and refined by a caster.   The prerequisites for casting magical spells, conducting rituals, and employing other arcane abilities involve establishing a connection to the Well of the Aether and utilizing a Caster's Insignia. Although certain individuals may be exempt from these requirements under specific circumstances, they generally apply to the most exceptional situations. Such individuals may be linked to the Age of Divinity, or possess Great Magic  Practitioners of the arcane arts harness it for spellcasting, magical rituals, and the manipulation of mystical forces. Skilled healers utilize Mana for mending wounds and revitalizing living beings. Enchanters grant objects with magical properties, while seers and diviners tap into Mana for insights into the future. Alchemists craft potions with magical effects, and animating constructs like golems. Its versatility extends to communication through telepathy, and the establishment of magical connections across distant locations has developed in recent years. Furthermore, Mana intertwines with protective wards and barriers, offering defense against both magical and physical threats.
