Enacting balance and unity between the Beastkin Races under the Eternal Emperor Yin's former beliefs.History
During the many years of conflict between the various Beastkin Clans during the The Disputed Lands, there would be little to no forms of consolidation between the clans. This conflict that has lasted over generations, made it impossible for any singular form of peace to be established. Innumerable amounts of bloodshed would taint the soils a crimson red, and the people would know no tranquility. It would all come to a close after the appearance of Eternal Emperor Yin. Through their intervention, the land would become united, and the war would soon come to an end. The Eternal Emperor would bestow power onto individuals dubbed Spiritua Users before their slumber. Afterward, the Spiritua Users would assemble and collaborate under the banner of the Council of Xin. To enact Shinano No Mikoto's will of equilibrium, harmony, and unity between the various beastkin races at all costs. A forced peace was delivered, and the people revel in astonishment and dreadfulness alike when observing the sheer strength of the Spiritua Users. While the land continues with its serenity intact, the remnants of the past are still prevalent in the hearts of many to this very day.Leadership
The Council answers directly to Retainer Miyu, the right hand of the Eternal Emperor. Many of the Retainers are autonomous and work in tandem with the Council. While the objective are granted by the Council, it is governed free will to the Retainers to enact as they see fit to a situation to restore balance and peace to the land.Membership
