Founded following the complete conquest of Upper Sunar by the Lower Kingdom, the two regions were brought together into a singular union for only the second time in their history; lasting nearly three centuries.

Maintaining the old tributary system of the Lower Kingdom and Phernac, the Union of the Two Kingdoms, would not change much from the merging, with only its geographic scope increasing.   It would, however, mark the first time a ruler ruling from Sunas, would rule over the entirety of Sunar; and be a direct precursor to the First Sunarian Empire.
