Jörreg's Plane of Air

Jörreg's Elemental Plane of Air

As a young god, Jörreg knew not where to place some races that would wreak havoc on the Arengold tree. The first 4 Dragons, created in 1500 PW, decimated the Kobold population and threatened the Elves. As punishment, Jörreg imprisoned all 4 Dragons in a Dimensional Plane, which he called the Elemental Plane of Air.

All 4 Dragons, able to fly, requested that they receive new allies to form a community. Filli agreed quickly, and soon the Elemental Plane of Air was filled with Dragons of all different types, shapes, and sizes. Unfortunately, the Dragons' intelligence overcame the knowledge of a God.

Jörreg's plane filled with hyper-intelligence creatures forming multiple clans of creatures. Dragons more comfortable with flight ruled the land, but usually were unable to contend with extremely durable and powerful Dragons. So, an extremely tense ceasefire has formed on the plane, one easily disrupted by any Wizard or Cleric foolish enough to move there.

Dragons are not the only creatures imprisoned there. Djinni have been moved there after it was found they abused their half-Djinni children on the Arengold tree. These Djinni have been forced into hiding and are in large danger, but Jörreg doesn't solve the issue. Air Elementals are placed in here as well, adding to the chaos of the Arengold Forest's Elemental Plane of Air. It is only a matter of time before this diverse ecology collapses fully, but the Gods do not know how to stop it without wiping them out completely.
When Filli crafted the Kobold race, she felt that there was something missing. They longed for something to look towards. They naturally pined for something new. The Lizardfolk race was close, but not quite what they were looking for. There was a problem, however. The size of creature they were looking for was much too large for the Arengold tree. They would need a place to live, far away from the Kobolds who would worship them. They would need their own plane.

The Other Elemental Planes

All other planes function similarly to how they do in Golarion or the Forgotten Realms, though completely devoid of standard communities; the youth of the planes has prevented them from forming any kingdoms or civilizations.
