Everwinter

A fortress town and one of the few 'safehavens' for all races, Everwinter has been protected by an age old enchantment for nearly 75 years now. Entry is restricted by a perpetual blizzard that ravages all who attempt to cross through. Only those with the proper knowledge and equipment manage to gain entry.
Whilst it is a rarity that people leave the fortress once entering, there are occasional traders who manage to make the trek and even manage to make a decent living doing so.
Reports tell of how the old ruler has recently passed and how it is now ruled by his young Daughter Lady Scarlet of the Crimson Cloth.
