Personal history
Born into a middle class family, Reghan Etalia was chosen by The Ander Vale Child Allocation Compound to become the next ruler, a role she took with grace.
In the Avcac, Reghan didn't go into as much grunt work as the other children. Instead, she was allocated to the richest districts as a chamber maid. She looked after many lords and ladies homes, and did so with a smile. She learned how to be quiet, obey orders from superiors and the likes. At the age of 15, she was taken out of Avcac for a year, and then returned without anyone asking any questions. Reghan was forbidden to speak about where she went when she was 15.
When they chose her as the new Empress, her family agreed to allow Reghan to stay in Avcac for 6 more years. They announced the next empress, starting Reghan's rise into fame. She worked under Empress Juliet, learning how to be the best empress that she could be.
Juliet confided in Reghan that she had chosen her out of the lot, seeing a spark of something special in the young gnome. At the age of 21, Reghan ascended to Empress with Juliet becoming her advisor.

She has become a quite, obedient Empress, though she technically weilds all the power, she knows she's nothing more than a puppet that her advisors (including Juliet) can manipulate.
