Session 14: The Caterpillar Operation

The War After receiving your perms, you were theatrically introduced to Lucille LaRue, a colourful performer who pitched to you a play in which she stars; the Caterpillar Operation (no affiliation with the Vathicus union movement). You bought tickets from her and made your way to the hospital. There you met the unfortunately cursed Dr Nimrod Nimble, who led you to the room of a certain Dusty Byron, and his nurse Kips LaRue, the angelic sister of Lucille and Octane. For the first time in years, Lestie saw her father, in whom she cannot be certain she can trust. As evening approached, Morres, Varis, Rat, Olechka, and Kips, carrying Dusty’s bastard child attended Lucille’s performance, wonderfully rendered by me and Patrick, and experienced a considerable lack of theatrical talent. Lestie, Harket, and Dusty escaped from the hospital by air balloon and descended to the seemingly abandoned undercity. The rest of the party, aside from Olechka and Kips, met them at an underground fighting ring where Harket, Morres, and Lestie did battle with shadows, Rat made a friend in Cal, a young journalist, and Varis met the saturnine medic Dr Cleora, an elephantfolk. The commentator, Osborne, gave you bags of gold for winning your fight, and you seem to have gained some fans in the undercity.
