Quintinus 'Quimby' Bishop

Ex-gifted kid and model younger brother, Quimby was raised in Isteros, Asyrica, with his sister Electa Bishop. Despite an impoverished background, his childhood was rife with gold stars and medals. He found a calling in journalism and wrote several articles for the Asyrican military propoganda machine. But as all great minds do, Quimby got curious, and found some information about his country that made him change his mind.
Subsequently, he moved to Vathicus, where a rising union movement (Operation Caterpillar, not to be confused with the badly-received theatrical production) and anti-war scene was forming in the wreckage of air raids and disaster. There he established the Black and White Bulletin, a newspaper that quickly gained a niche audience.
The Twilight Congregation heard word of the newspaper and put out a bounty on Quimby's head. He lived on the lam for a year, hiding in a run-down florist shop before being captured and sentenced to hang. At the last minute, the party saved him and a few of his friends, though some couldn't be spared. Swearing to confront his sister, Electa, and to find a safehouse, the party left him to his fate in Vathicus.
