Temples of Holla: god of justice.

Holla was the god assigned by the God of Gods to administer punishments for crimes when the God of Gods was too busy vibing or killing their siblings. As such, they're considered the god of justice.

Because of this, temples dedicated to them - which may be temporarily dedicated to them by leaning associated paintings on the walls - are the place to go if you or a loved one have been illegally wronged and wish to punish someone for it.

Overall 10/10 nothing could go wrong.

Purpose / Function

Administering punishments for crimes... thing is Lamara has a thing where you have to prove your innocence rather than prosecution prove your guilt and there is no jury just the judge, so good luck with that.

Architecture

Typical Lamaran style but with much more morbid art showing punishments done by and onto gods and deities.

History

Originally any temple was fair game for trying people, and it still sort of is, but the Lamaran Monarch started up a new cult called the Cult of Holla - very unusual for the Monarch to be starting it rather than the Head of Faith - so that they could more directly control the punishments being administered for most crimes like theft, murder and adultery - previously sole territory of the faith.

This fell through with the Head of Faith managing to gain control of the cult but hey Monarch at least you tried.

Also sometimes temples to other gods are temporarily turned into temples to Holla by just leaning the morbid ass art against the walls and starting the trials.
Founding Date
The first was constructed well over a thousand years ago. Before then any temple could serve as a court.
