The Aster have only very recently begun to appear on Calera and are a complete unknown new subrace of humanity.
Appearing suddenly in seemingly random locations across the world they have no memory of their origins. All the Aster that have come into contact with other humans and races to date have been grown adults and no children have been recorded, it also seems they are incapable of breeding with other humans.
Every Aster is direct and focused, with many trying to discover who they are and how they came into being. Though they closely resemble humans, they are shockingly different in other ways, often having extremely bright and unnaturally brilliant eyes that glow with an inner light. In addition an Aster's skin can be just as bright and colourful, with long flowing hair that matches or compliments their vibrant appearance.
