The Stacked Deck
At first glance, what you see is an ordinary deck of cards. However, if you were to touch it... well, 'you' would burst into flames. Assuming you did not, which would mean I allowed you to touch it, you would first feel that the deck was giving of a slight warmth. Upon flipping it over, you would see that the ordinary selection of diamonds, hearts, clubs and spades has been altered, as each suit and card has had slight changes to it. This deck, the' Stacked Deck', has quite the history.
Consists of the deck, and a casing. The casing is a shiny black with gold inlay, in a geometric design, with no words on it. Fairly thick and heavy. The deck itself appears like a normal deck, though it is impossible to separate the individual spell-cards without casting the spells in order.
The Stacked Deck is, simply, an object capable of storing a wide variety of magical spells. Ranging from simple blasts of red or black energy, to ice spikes and cracks in the earth, the Deck is one of the best weapons in my arsenal, especially since using it is significantly less tiring, as it does not use my own magical reserves to do anything, though the trade-off is that I have to give it time to regenerate its own stores, by leaving it in its casing. To cast, take the brick like deck out of the casing, and slip the first card facing up. Don't worry, the card you get will be of the type you already had in mind when drawing it, and card strength depends on which card was received. Also, if you're not in the mood for combat, by placing the deck back in its casing, and removing it again from the bottom of the casing, the deck will transform into a normal deck of playing cards. Added bonus is that the deck can shuffle itself, and will randomly choose which cards to give out, depending on which cards are left.

What a fun artifact! I'd love to have a name at least for the owner (and narrator) of the deck.
