Captain Ingar Brekke, a swashbuckling pirate, turned artifact hunter, turned eccentric explorer in search of mythical places, has a colourful and notorious past, still maintains a crew of tough privateers, but spends more time searching the coastline for the signs of the ruins of the great temple of Selune. He is a tall dark and handsome man, rough and ready but with that bad boy charm and bohemian stretch that makes him alluring to many women and men across the land. Whilst his pirate crew are feared, he is both feared and adored. It is rumored that some lonely noble ladies, or jilted wives go out of their way in hopes of being captured by the illustrious pirate. His obsession is solely based on the riches and wealth he seeks and whilst his adventures have amassed a rather impressive fortune, this is never enough to satisfy is greed, instead he has set his eyes on the tales of enormous riches in the lost temple to satiate his desire.
Of all the people in Thar’kor who have searched for the Temple, Brekke is the closest to ever finding it. He stumbled upon an artifact from the Temple washed up on the shore of his hideout on the great Tutescon lake, an enormous lake that breaks the glacial mountains to the east of the centre-point of the mountain range. Since that fateful day almost 10 years ago, Brekke has dedicated himself to finding the treasure. He has pillaged, tortured, and looted all sources he can find to discover more about the location & ventured far away on land, no less, in order to discover more. He is now convinced there is a waterway leading into the great Tutescon Lake that connects to the Temple. He is correct and close to discovering an entry into the Temple, but what dangers lurk within is anyone’s guess.
