Overview The inscriptions found around Atlantis are often in a broken form of a language known to Sages as Lateen. This language is the basis for many of the texts that have been found in the Library of Atlantis and Wizard's Libraries since the Chronic Anachronisms started appearing in the World.

The result is a broken form of the language now spreading among intellectuals and researchers who try to 'pepper' their works with phrases or terms from this language. Royal establishments, noble houses, and companies of guilds have all started using terms from this language (often incorrectly at some level - whether it be grammatically or otherwise) to associate themselves with this 'highest level' of cultural development and research.

True sages have deciphered some military texts and this has resulted in huge changes to Atlantean military organisation and battlegroup formation. Other areas of knowledge are still being expanded upon with ideas and concepts constantly being discovered and experimented with.
