Demographics

bustling major port city has a diverse demographic of races and social classes. If you have the coin, you are treated like royalty. But for those with less, they are to survive in the gritty streets of the slums, home to shady individuals. Tieflings, Half-Orcs, Dragonborns, and humans call Astoria home. There is racial tension between humans and other races. The humans (with a few half elves) seem to be part of the upper class which has caused increased tension.

Government

Astoria is run as an Oligarchy, with Duke Mason wielding power. Coming from a noble family, the Duke was chosen due to his family's ties to the royal family.
