Vosepian Slitter

Eyes: brown   Skin: olive   Hair: short-cropped brown hair   Given Name: unknown   Family Name: unknown   Personal History: The Slitter - a horrific nickname due to his fondness of cutting throats - had a past unknown to the general public. He was the son of a whore and one of her countless customers. If rumors were to be believed, she worked at a brothel called the *. How he heard the story growing up from his mother, the man was an officer in the navy stationed in Vosepi. With his only parent constantly working, the Slitter frequently spent time with children birthed by the other whores. His mother died at a young age and her master set him loose on the streets with nothing but the clothes on his back.   Education: Having received little formal education, the Slitter learned most from the street of Vosepi. He learned how to quickly discern people for their possible wealth and self-awareness. At first, he merely cut purses. As his experience and value grew, he familiarized himself with the most powerful criminals in the Vosepian underworld. He worked for them, begrudgingly giving some of his profits so they turned a blind eye to his activities. The Slitter worked continuously so he could escape the shadow of the city’s unsavory crime bosses.   Mental Trauma: Seeing his mother abused by her master was traumatizing to the young boy, as was the rough world of the streets. Because of his experiences, he vowed to never be anyone’s slave.   Intellectual Characteristics: He was incredibly street savvy and an excellent judge of character.   Morality: The Slitter made a point to never harm a pregnant woman or child. Any murderer he caught having harmed either was murdered in the most brutal fashion.   Sexuality: He has been known to lay with both men and women, always in the dominant role.   Known Languages: He spoke Venian from birth, but has also been heard speaking several Diakai dialects as well.   Biological Sex: male
