While the world has in many ways caught up with Rasina when it comes to military matters, the Kelnaeata are proof that Rasina's military is still a cutting edge force. Their modus operandi is to demoralize the enemy with psychological warfare, making their lives a living hell is their speciality. They are described by Tahomas as a

"terrifying precense, even amongst their own comrades in arms, they look as if they know nothing of humanity."

There are currently 20000 people in the Kelnaeata.

Equipment

They all have special grenades, which when detonated release not only explosive force but the sound of human screeching and screaming as well. They also use specially made artillery which while not as effective as actual artillery, shoot with much more sound. In most cases, they also have Gemiknight priests accompanying them into battle, chanting war hymns that increase the bravery of their own men to suicidal levels.

Tactics

The Kelnaeata are feared and hated all over the world due to their tactics, they demoralize the enemy and make their lives hell, and then they attack in a full on offensive. When used in the right circumstances, they devastate the opposing force.
Their Scare tactics include: Throwing a mass of grenades into enemy positions, which explode with the sound of a human scream.
