Kalevia Astrogonitz

Kalevia was the first Chief of the state in Kassathia, she was elected at the first council and led Kassathia through its first years as a young nation. Being a native panalian, she secured good relations with Artesja and Thyrimia, and negotiated a treaty of friendship with many Ouakalian tribes. She also established the borders between Kassathia and Ouakalia, and made it illegal to transgress on the Ouakalian territory outside the western border. While being mostly friendly with the outside world Kassathia had one neighbor that didn't appreciate its presence, Rasina. Relations with the Divinarate were tense at first, with the two nations being directly ideologically opposed and Kassathia challenging the sea claims Rasina had in the Tarian sea. Thankfully the Artesjan Upper hierophant Artemis the Second intervened and helped the two nations negotiate since he already had enough problems at home and didn't want a war up north.
After ten years in leadership, Kalevia stepped down as Chief of the state, and she was succeeded by Alonov "Nomad" Jaalisarkan.
