Percuniem

As the war in the center of Milodia raged on the merchanst specifically supplying this engagement waited, they waited, struck and won. This was the founding of Percuniem. Since then Percuniem dominated the center of Milodia and it's economy. Ruled by the wealthiest amongst them, each year the a new emperor, or empress, is chosen from the candidats to rule over the five provinces.
With each province roughly laid out like the borders of the orginal countries, Percuniem has one treasurer for every province, who is the wealthiest noble in the respective province, wich all form a council to aid the decisionmaking of the current emperor, or empress. The sovereign can also appoint temporary duties to treasurers, but always has full control until the next evaluation.
Percuniem is a relatively new empire, and in addition to that also a multitude of different ethnicities and races. Maintaining the right balance is important to keep the trade going, because civil unrests may affect the income negatively.
Notorious for their astounding goods Percuniem has a reputation as the golden center of Milodia. Trade is buzzling, intrigue and deceit go hand in hand, all while the rich get richer in an attempt to becom ethe richest.
