Stones of oblivion

Black stones naturally accruing in a specific cave controlled by the royal family. Anyone who has an elemental crystal and touches the stone feels a slight separation from their body and are unable to access their element. This stone is used in official competitions when an heir to the throne is up in the air making the prospective kings fight using only their bodies and the techniques they've acquired. It is possible to break the control of the stones of oblivion by having a powerful (how powerful it has to be depends on the size of the stone) ability of the same element as the person under the stones affect and they would have to be able to overtake that ability.

Properties

Origin & Source

Was created during the merging with a particular being who tried to hold on to themselves as much as possible and was only able to keep a tiny strand of what they once were. the energy is continuously trying to destroy and compress that small peace making it more chaotic and active then other elemental energies.

History & Usage

Everyday use

It is sometimes used for highly dangerous prisoners before their execution or on high ranked prisoners who politically can't be killed like royalty. It is also used in the kings weapon which is passed down from generations and because of the rarity of the stones and due to the difficulties of turning stones into durable weapon it is the only weapon of this kind.

Cultural Significance and Usage

Is seen as the sign of the ruler of Kryst and it is almost seen as blasphemous for it to be owned by other parties.
