Anfarael (Faerie Flight Stones)

Long long ago, the faeries ruled the skies from a large floating territory named The Summer Isle, Manx ruled the sea, and Cilthandiel the free city steered clear of the two military powers, acting as a middle man for trading and with both countries. A young prince of Manx named Jarl Stormbreaker led a small party into the heart of @Lantanas, the capital city of the Summer Isles where he stole [Anfarael the set of three magic stones which kept the floating island in the sky. With the stones removed, the floating island began to fall, an event later known as the Decimation of Summer, which ultimately led to the decline of faerie kind. The stones however, are said to have been lost in a massive storm, in which Jarl's boat was capsized and never seen again.   The stones roughly fist sized each, are said to have each been inscribed with a single rune each, representing the pillars of Faerie life. Each stone inlaid with a separate rare metal. The first: Aldune with a blue hazy steel inlay, the second: Arael, with a streak of yellow like lightning, and the final stone: Amarth, with a deep burning red inlay. Legend has it they are tied directly to faeries ability to fly, and without them seated in the heart of @Lantanas, faerie kind will slowly fade until extinct.     Current day, the stones are believed to be lost to the sea, however there are some that say there are some faeries that survived the Decimation of Summer, and are surviving on what is left of the summer isles hoping to one day restore it to it's glory.
