Lunar Realm
The Lunar Realm sits just between Tath and the Elemental Realm. It is home to the 3 moons that appear to float in Tath's sky. Some believe the Sun also exists in this realm while others contend it is located in another adjacent realm or infract may be a realm of its own.
Many of the gods use the Lunar Realm as a meeting place as it is safer for them than to meet on Tath and is still central enough that even with the majority of the bridges between the realms damaged and dangerous the gods can find there way to the nutral location.
