Aldor

The blue moon of Aldor has a 28 day cycle. It is known to effect intelligence based casters, granting them more power when the moon is full and retaining the power when the moon is new. It is the symbol and theorized home of one of the gods who is often depicted as bright and intelligent. 
The moon casts a bluish glow to the world which can turn purplish when the cha moon is in the air.
