Personal history

The Hag has lived in King's Reach for the better part of a century she was there when the previous kingdom rose and fell. She made great use of her time when humanity pulled back from the northern parts of the region allying herself with many of the creatures and denizens that took the humans place. As the region began to reestablish itself she helped many would be leaders secure their positions and used her connections to divert or relocate several of the less than savory creatures that bordered the human lands. 
With the King's eye being turned toward the region, she is for the first time wary. She sees a dangerous foe in Lord Kesrick and has yet to find a way to turn him.

Morality & Philosophy

As with many hags her morals tend to bend and flex to ensure she gets what she wants when she wants it. However she has taken a liking towards the people of King's Reach, in that she sees them as a collective pet, or possibly an ant colony. She has put a lot of work into cultivating several plots, family lineages, etc. and for everything to come to fruition she needs a stable and healthy (mostly) populace. However this sentiment is rarely focused on a single individual as with an ant colony the individual is often sacrificed for the greater good.
