Själar Clan (hweh-lar)

The Själar Clan is one of the major clans in The Fylkirate of Northmen. They are said to be descended from Mörktlugn, the god of spirits and magic. The Själar Clan has founded several circles of sages, dedicated to communing with spirits and utilizing aether in runic magic. As a clan, they have the most wise men and priests out of the five major clans, serving the Fylkirate in small ways. They are the only clan who has not yet had a Fylkir themselves, and have rarely put forth a candidate. They dedicate themselves to secret magical pursuits, and seem to give the impression they know more about the nature of the world than they tell.
