Saede

Saede is the capital city of The Fylkirate of Northmen. It was established several centuries ago as the seat of the Nordergott pantheon's faith, and naturally became the capital when the first Fylkir was named.
Saede is as bustling as a city can get in the north, with a population of almost 1 million people. The trade square is of decent size, and is overshadowed by the Fylkir's massive gathering hall. Almost all people living in Saede have spent a brief amount of time in the clergy, having learned to read and write from their time there. At minimum, the average citizen in Saede can read at the level of a modern 4th grader.
