Oveður Clan (O-ve-thur)

The Oveður Clan is one of the five major clans in The Fylkirate of Northmen. They are said to be descended from þurisaz, the free-spirited god of storms. Unlike their progenitor, the Oveður clan take pride in their heritage as the firstborn's descendants, and were among the first to claim the mantle of Fylkir. Though it has been some decades since the last Oveður Fylkir, they strive to serve their country with distinction, bringing glory and gold on a regular basis.
