Terenbacchial Crystal

The Terenbacchial Crystal is a giant, diamond-shaped crystal at the top of the Tower of Mandrel that serves as a warning system to the kingdom, based on what color is being shown and how intense the color is. It actually hovers just above the roof of the tower, and cannot be moved by any terrestrial force.
The crystal is said to have been a gift from all the other gods to Aevin & Luna at the occasion of their ascendancy to Supreme Godhood. Aevin wanted it in a place where all his subjects could see its splendor and Luna wanted in a place where all her subjects could be warned of possible dangers to the city/their lives.

• Fahren formed the crystal using all four elements: water, earth, air, and fire
• Destin placed a deep enchantment on the crystal so that it could perceive threats within the near-future
• Trallen gave the crystal its own consciousness, so it can think for itself, though this is not widely known or understood
• Naelen instilled within the crystal the ability to tell right from wrong
• Trinin instilled within the crystal the ability to tell the worth of people, animals, goods, services, etc.
• Husiban gave the crystal the ability to understand life/death.

Typically, the crystal glows a bright blue, keeping everyone informed that the city is fine and that they have nothing to worry about. However, as weather shifts, violence breaks out, or even a ship carrying food to the capital sinks in the nearby harbor, the crystal's color will shift to let the people know of possible disaster.
