Weapon Craftsmanship

Different types of weapons made by different people and skill levels.

Weapon Properties

Active qualities are triggered by spending 2 advantage on a successful attack. (pg 86)

Accurate

For each level of this quality add a blue die to your combat checks.

Blast (Active)

If triggered, each character engaged with the original target suffers a hit equal to the blast rating plus the number of successes. In a small area this may be automatic. If the attack is a miss then 3 advantage may be spent to activate the blast quality.

Concussive (Active)

When triggered, the target is staggered (pg 114) for a number of rounds equal to the rating. If multiple targets are hit then you may trigger the effect multiple times, each for a different target.

Cumbersome

You need a Brawn rating of at least the Cumbersome rating. Increase the difficulty by one for each point of Brawn missing.

Defensive

Increase melee defense by the rating.

Deflection

Increase ranged defense by the rating.

Disorient (Active)

When triggered, disorient (pg 114) for a number of rounds equal to the rating. If multiple targets are hit then you may trigger the effect multiple times, each for a different target.

Inaccurate

For each level of this quality add a black die to your combat checks.

Inferior

Add an automatic 1 disadvantage to your combat checks.

Knockdown (Active)

Target is knocked prone. If multiple targets are hit then you may trigger the effect multiple times, each for a different target. Knockdown takes 1 advantage to activate per level of silhouette, minimum 1.

Limited Ammo

You gotta buy and track ammo for this.

Linked (Active)

When triggered may hit an additional time on the original target. May be triggered a number of times equal to the linked quality.

Pierce

Ignore this much soak.

Prepare

This many maneuvers before using the weapon.

Reinforced

Immune to Sunder.

Slow-Firing

This many rounds between attacks.

Stun (Active)

When triggered it inflicts strain equal to this rating. This bypasses soak.

Stun Damage

Only deals strain damage. Strain damage does not bypass soak.

Sunder (Active)

Damages an equipped item on the target by one level. Requires 1 advantage to activate and may be activated on a miss. May be activated multiple times per attack but must be done on the same item.

Superior

Automatic 1 advantage on every attack.

Unwieldy

You need an Agility rating of at least the Unwieldy rating. Increase the difficulty by one for each point of Agility missing.

Vicious

Add 10 points to the d% roll on a crit per level of vicious.   Need to add: Auto-fire, breach, burn, ensnare, guided, tractor.
