Count of Bridge

The Count of Bridge is a non-hereditary title that is a lifetime appointment. The elector is chosen by the Council of Bridge which is heavily influenced by the surrounding kingdoms of Callia, Zoutland, and Floria.

Qualifications

While there are no formal qualifications, the Count of Bridge is typically a person of nobility or importance in bridge.

Requirements

Must be at least 40 years old.

Appointment

The Count is elected and confirmed by a simple majority of the council (8 members).

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

A vote of 10 council members (66%) can remove the current count.
