Amid the Biting Ocean, far north of mainland Pascura lies a frozen island; home to one of the oldest and wisest peoples on the planet. The island of île Umer is home to the kingdom of the North Elves; united under the Senat d'Umer, these elves monopolise the coastlines of this northern island and profit off the vast trading opportunities its proximity to mainland Pascura provides. With ancestry that dates back to times before The Divergence, the Senat d'Umer is one of the longest running empires on Taloth; rivalling those of ancient drakes and giant kin.

History

This island used to be home to the mighty magocracy the Covan Conclave. It also used to float but was unceremoniously returned to Exandria during The Divergence.
