This organisation was believed to have risen to power sometime between 1600 PD and 1400 PD, not much is known about them and as it is said there were no survivors. They made their home on what is now Isle Umer, the downed Isle.

Disbandment

During the cataclysmic event of The Divergence, the floating island that this civilisation was built upon was sundered and fell into the Biting Ocean, creating the island of Umer we have today.
