Kur

Kur is a dwarf planet lying beyond the main worlds of the Utu system in a distant, elliptical orbit. It pulls at the souls of the dead, drawing them to it. Consequently, the world is associated with death and is considered the realm of the dead. The capital city is Ganzir.
Kur has several small moons and one large moon, Neti. Neti is only slightly smaller than Kur, and as a result, the barycenter of its orbit is slightly outside of Kur. The two are tidally locked.
Kur's elliptical orbit has a 248 year period. While Kur usually dwells in the frozen space beyond the planets, its nearly 25% eccentricity brings it to well within Nammu's orbit at perihelion.
