Kaylor (Arcona Maintenance Foreman) bursts into the Barcrawl screaming about impending doom and tries to drown his sorrows. Butterfly, Nova, and Seneel try to stop the Arcona from drinking himself to death. The Arcona reveals that the only functional reactor in the Hub is going to go critical in 72 hours. The group finds Gand to evaluate the situation. He confirms the diagnosis, and shuts down the reactor, browning out the entire hub. The problem is that the exotic coolant manifolds are only available from Imperial facilities.

The team contacts Dr. Nutori (who joins them) and the Rangers who direct them to a hidden First Order base in the Arctic. There, they locate one temporary replacement (after facing frenzied Wampas), but get a lead on others in Pentastar. Contacting various underworld resources, they hit upon an opportunity to raid a Pentastar Trade Depot in the Akahista system.

Taking the Gozanti, the crew bluffs their way into the station, find a warehouse and seller, sabotage the station, and stealth their way through a break in collecting six of the replacement parts. They flee while the station is in chaos and return to Nigita.
