The High Council is overthrown and the Sylvan leaders of Wildhaven are executed. The self declared Emperor Barros, Champion of Cuaras , besieges Wildhaven with his army of Dragon Disciples.

A murder attempt is foiled by Sylvan guards, however the would be murderer, a half-elf named Barros, escapes Wildhaven back into Aludel territory where he is caught. After a week of deliberation and public outcry the leaders of Wildhaven agree to meet with the High Council of Aludel to discuss what should be done. During the meeting a small army of a new race, the Dragonborn, descends on both parties and Barros reveals himself to be the leader of an until now unknown third party. He declares himself Emperor of Aludel under the authority of Cuaras and executes both the members of the High Council and the leaders of Wildhaven.   Emperor Barros and his army of Dragon Disciples, along with the help of the Aludelian people who believe him to be chosen directly by Cuaras , besiege Wildhaven and, after three years, drive its inhabitants back through the portal, burning the city to the ground around it.   Emperor Barros reigns for the 18 years as a powerful leader, loved by all. His Dragon Disciples roam the land, keeping peace and doing much good. However, without warning, near the end of the 18 years he declares he will be taking his Dragon Disciples into Ogralon, leaving his steward, a human named Cretion, in charge.
