Yexim Felben is the Magistrate of Azerat. He's a kindly gnomish man, though he tends to stay far away from the public eye. He frequently lets the Lawbearer handle most of the external political duties. He's seen a small amount of racism in his time due to being gnomish, but he's always taken it with a brave face, doing what he can to help end the racism of the empire.

Yexim is a short, roundish gnome with an almost glowing aura. He is almost always in good spirits and does everything he can to lift others up, though he is quick to shift into "work mode" On his back is a small, discreet tattoo of a motivational quote that he's used to help push him to succeed.

Yexim occasionally explains things in far too much detail, especially mechanical things or things that, in his eyes, are complicated. This comes from his drive for everyone to be understanding and accepting, though it can be annoying at times.
He also occasionally quotes malaphors - quirky mishmashes of well-known metaphors that frequently don't make sense.
