Xian Yu Empire

The Xian Yu Empire is the main governing body of the Dwindula province of Eberon. It is a just government that has reigned for centuries and is currently headed by the elven emperor elect, Zhun Dho
History The empire was foudned centuries under the first emperor, Xian Yu. From there, his faimly originally ran the empire, but after 200 years, his human bloodline failed and the lineage died out. From then on, the last surviving emperor, Tosh Yu created the electoral process that would keep the empire alive and well.
The current emperor was elected 138 years ago and has been well-loved by his people.
