Lady Oba's Temple

This old dilapidated Temple once used to be well maintained and teaming with life as a place to worship Tsukiyumi, the Goddess of Moon and Dreams. When the districts walls were being erected it wasn't feasible to encompass every man made creation of the ever growing district of Takaiyamagun within it so this Temple along with a few other areas of interest were now essentially cut off. As the years went on less and less people came to visit it fearful of what lie outside the district walls and it fell into the realm of the past. A lady named Oba now resides here, the question is why?
