Dellmerian Documentation

The rulers of Dellmere have developed universal standards for writing and documentation.   This is most commonly shown in their record keeping track of magical licensing. All citizens of the nation must have licenses in order to caster magic legally. Foreigners must have a license as well, it is a slightly more difficult process but in the end it is really the same thing.

Spellcasting Licenses

Novice Spellcaster License
Allows you to legally cast all cantrips. Qualifies you for further proficiency licenses as well as school specific licenses for spells from 1st to 2nd level.   Apprentice Spellcaster License
Qualifies you for further proficiency licenses as well as school specific licenses for spells from 3rd to 4th level. In addition you must also apply to the Selective Service Agency once you obtain this license.   Adept Spellcaster License
Qualifies you for further proficiency licenses as well as school specific licenses for spells from 5th to 6th level.   Master Spellcaster License
Qualifies you for further proficiency licenses as well as school specific licenses for spells from 7th to 8th level.   Grand Master Spellcaster License
Qualifies you for further proficiency licenses as well as school specific licenses for spells of 9th level.   In addition to these core licenses, there are school specific licenses, which must be taken in order to cast spells of that particular school. For example in order to cast the fireball spell legally, a 3rd level Evocation spell, you must have both the Apprentice Spellcaster License as well as the Tier 2 Evocation Proficiency License.

Format for Experiments

For all experiments proper form is to start with an abstract that details the summary of the experiment. The abstract should always start with the following:   Project: (Name of the project or the experiment)
Officiate: (The individual that is performing the experiment)
Assistants: (Any assisting researchers)
Authorization: (Who is authorizing this experiment, if it requires authorization for certain materials)
Classification: (If this experiment requires a level of classification, as in Classified or Secret)
After this will be the abstract, detailing the method of the procedure, equipment, and the purpose/goal of the experiment.
