The Caution Advisory Council, Earth

• The Caution Advisory Council was established in 2024 by the governor of California to warn his citizens of upcoming earthquakes but soon began to assist the governor in policies and politics, proving to be extremely helpful. Now, in 2450, it has worked alongside a dozen leaders and advised hundreds of thousands of policies that always kept the New California government on the path the greatness.
• Their chime has become globally known, a simple “Caution, Advisory:” is all it takes for the citizens of California to stop what they're doing, and listen to the upcoming announcement.
• No one, not even the current Director, knows who the council consists of, some say it’s just a hyper-intelligent AI, others say it’s a secret council of major world leaders working for the Californian government, but everyone can agree on one thing; the CAC always has the best interests of the people in mind.
• While no one knows the members of the CAC, they do not try to hide the fact that they have money, always investing billions of dollars into the Californian military in exchange for unrestricted access to any document, as well as the newest model of transportation ship, which is always honored by the top generals of the military.
• In 2319, a peculiar incident occurred, where a reported member of the CAC warned people of an upcoming Californian drone strike on friendly soil by uploading a video of himself within the apparent headquarters of the CAC, and then later on he was found dead by ‘suicide.’
• The CAC headquarters are in the capital of California, Upper Sacramento. It’s thirty-five stories tall, with enough room to fit over ten thousand people, yet there is never a single car in the parking lot next to the building, leading people to think that the HQ isn't just that, that there’s also an underground portion where everyone lives or travels to.
