Kokichi Oma

Personality

Kokichi is a cunning, intelligent, and unassuming individual that is a master manipulator. As smart as he is, he has a childish side to him that can come across as annoying to others around him- except for his ten underlings from his prankster group D.I.C.E.. He claims he is a liar, and lives true to his word by constantly spouting lies he either quickly disproves purposefully, or twists with the truth to confuse his peers.

He has a knack for tormenting others, and finds enjoyment in pushing people to the brink of insanity with his antics. Although he doesn't seem interested in others for reasons related to romance, Kokichi has implied he is bisexual when it comes to attraction.

In regards to his ability to befriend others, he tends to use his mischeivous behavior to put up a wall between himself and others- even becoming rather cruel with his jokes and statements when he wants to keep someone at arm's length. He doesn't lose his patience or temper often, except when in extreme stress. Other than that, he is a master at keeping his emotions veiled.

As manipulative as he may be at times however, it's to be noted that he isn't well versed in genuine interactions- especially when honesty and empathy is a necessity. Although he may try, his social skills are limited as a result of playing most of his personality up. Furthermore, he is hardly able to convince others of any authenticity on his part since he will compulsively sweep it under a fake smile and an exclamatory, "It's a lie!"

Traits

Unlike Prairie Marble, Kokichi has no qualms with using his innocent appearance to get what he wants from others. Beyond that though, he also has no issue twisting his features into expressions less conventional and more monstrous to make others fearful enough to obey him.

Whether Kokichi truly cares about being hated and alone or not, he perpetuates this self-fulfilling prophecy by constantly driving others away when they make even the smallest effort to understand him. It might be because he doesn't want others to understand him, or it might be because he's afraid of others seeing him without his protective masks or barriers.
