Town of Nardwitch

The sleepy little town of Nardwitch within the Torwith Kingdom on the border of the Steria Kingdom and the Hawk Elf Mountains, its barely within the Shadow Woods. The town has existed for some time without much connection to the Torwith kingdom. Priest Bagdal is the one that raised the boys. Sister Antoinette has helped them out tremendously but has fallen ill to Stonescale, a magical disease of unknown origin used as a weapon to drive the Dwarves from the Lowlands 500 years previously. Eusid, old man of the forest, used to be an adventurer and has taken to the kids. He tries teaching them how to forage, but they become separated in the forest when a bear appears. The kids are chased into the ruins by a brown bear, and manage to survive after a harrowing journey through the ancient dwarven ruins. they make it out, and a year later their town is assaulted by Steria- whether the town remains standing or not is to be seen. Salteen Golinder- urchin- orphan left to the streets before taken in at the orphanage. Dill Morton- orphan left on the door of the church, taken in at the orphanage Barry Shaddox- Hunter's (Jiup) kid The Dwarven Ruins was rife with undead and contained a strange ceramic jar that holds no presence when inspected by magic- but a liquid can be heard sloshing inside. Boys are told to go to Dornwitch and talk to priest Hogdil by Eusid when Steria attacks- they meet- Tomy McKormic - Was a speaker child (speakers are traveling storytellers that preserve the people's history through word of mouth) who the party comes upon on the way to dornwitch hiding in the wagon where the seeker troupe was killed by bandits. Hera's parents were Zasin McKormic and Kithe McKormic.
