Durzir Wildlands
The "wildlands" inhabited by the Durzir tribes are often viewed as dangerous tribal areas where lawlessness and death threaten the fringes of civilized lands at every chance they get. The reality is a broad swath of various geographies and climates that have tempered the races that inhabit it to survive harsh conditions.
Geography
While the Tevlor are recognized as the "owners" of most of the northern cold steppes, a portion is still maintained as tribal grounds by a handful of Durzir tribes that migrate through the area. The shrub-steppes gives way to alpine-steppes as you travel further north into the mountain range that borders the northern side of the continent. The mountain range heads east, with the landscape transforming into badlands to the south as the range wraps around east to border the Gulf of Groz on it's northern and northeastern sides.
Natural Resources
The Durzir threaten any who enter into their lands with deadly violence. The inability to venture far into the wildlands has given rise to many local myths and legends of mountains rich in ores, forests thick and ripe for harvesting, and ruined cities rife with ancient artifacts.
