Radically Anarchic Techno-Terrors

Operating across the Systems Alliance, RATT is a terrorist organization with few goals other than mayhem and destruction, preferably using some sort of clever new and fatal weapon. The members reject any notions of legitimate authority, actively working to dismantle any structures of power. They have little regard for civilian life, seeking to maximize damage in any way possible. The goal, their propaganda says, is to show that no system of governmental power can protect you and that the goal of authority is not protection, but control.
While occasionally making their own terror attacks, RATT just as often piggybacks on local terror movements' actions, providing them with weapons and expertise.
