Time Immemorial

While with codex is on the Prime Material Plane time is linear.  

Seize the Moment

Once per day you may take a turn with double the amount of movement, actions, and bonus actions.  

A Turn In The Tide

Once per day, you may cast Time Warp in a 100’ radius. Time Warp (battle magic): Range: 120’. A violet ring crackling with lightning and astral energy appears surrounding the target area. Friendly allies and units in the area gain effects as per the Haste spell. Hostile enemies and units gain the effects as per the Slow Spell.  

Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey Stuff

Once, you may travel anywhere in time. The user may be as specific or vague as they want, though caution is advised against ambiguity. This spell doesn’t affect distance, and you will appear directly where you were standing when you invoked the effect. After this spell is cast, the book is expelled across the Prime Material Plane and across time.  

Only Time Will Tell

If the codex is not on the Prime Material Plane, whosoever holds it may cast Scrying on any creature in existence, they do not have to be on the same plane of existence.
