The Bending Of Will

While this book is attuned to a denizen of the Prime Material World, the act of charming or imposing one’s will upon another creature requires a saving throw. While attuned, the owner of this book is immune to being charmed or dominated.  

Feast Of Souls

Once a day you may cast Spiritual Weapon or Spiritual Guardians at 5th level.  

An Oath Fulfilled

Once per day, you may cast Invigorating Spirit in a 1 mile radius.   Invigorating Spirit (battle magic): A multitude of spirits erupt from the pages of the book and fly to the target area. Choose 2 units within sight. Friendly units regain 1 size, and have advantage on morale saving throws for the next hour. Enemy units lose one size and have disadvantage on morale saving throws for the next hour.  

The Shackles Of Flesh

Once, you may sacrifice your body to banish and imprison a lesser being to a unique demiplane. In doing so, you spirit is trapped on the material plane as long as the demiplane is inhabited. After the book is used in this way, the book is destroyed. It will regenerate after 1000 years.  

It Binds All Things

While the book is not on the Prime Material Plane, whosoever holds it may invoke the knowledge and advise of past spirits as per the Commune spell. The caster may choose a spirit to commune with, given that the spirit is willing and able.
