Lightning Lands

Like most of the biomes unique to Starside, lightning lands only exist thanks to the concentration of magic in the world. Lightning lands are typically deciduous forests where constant, unending lightning storms reign. This surplus of electricity in the atmosphere causes animals and plants to adapt, either by becoming immune to electricity with rubber-like skin and organs, or by evolving organs that can harness and utilize the electricity. The terrain of lightning lands itself is not especially unique; lightning lands are defined by the lightning, and the creatures which use it.
