Demodryll

An ungoverned province just larger than Texas characterized by the heavy rain that has poured over the fields, valleys, and forests for hundreds of years. The water level has risen to just below the treetops, but the magical trees of Starside are resilient enough to survive underwater. The tops of hills rise from the water’s surface like small islands of dry land. Creatures once meant to live on dry land have adapted to the water, and creatures meant to be lake or ocean bound have gradually found their way into the bodies of water, so that fish swim through the forests alongside beavers and minor fantasy creatures.
