This system is a relatively typical non-settled system with exo-planets. In this case, the asteroid belt may have significant resources, but given its proximity to the star, mining it is extremely difficult and not likely to be profitable. Tshe rocky planets and moons are all low-mass, low-gravity planets indicating a likely dearth of resources. The gas giant is a small example of that class of planet, and while likely to contain great quantities of minable gasses, it is not enough to attract the attention of the mining guild or corporations on its own. One of its moons is in the proper condition that it could be terraformed and colonized, but with the lack of other draws it is likely to be classed as not economically feasible. The three ice planets could be mined for water and hydrocarbons, but once again, without other draws to the system are not of interest to the mining guild or corporations.
